Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of oasisregen.com (the "Site"), operated by Oasis Regen PC ("Oasis Regenerative Medicine," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and able to enter into these Terms. The Site is not directed to children.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, or attempt to access it or its data in an unauthorized way.
3. Not medical advice
Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a physician-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified provider about your specific condition. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read on the Site. In a medical emergency, call 911.
4. Appointments and inquiries
Submitting a form or requesting an appointment is a request only and does not confirm an appointment until we respond. We may contact you by phone, email, or text message (if you have opted in) to follow up on your request.
5. Payments and cancellations
If you purchase a consultation or service through or arranged via the Site, you agree to pay the fees described at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and you authorize the applicable charges for the services you book. Any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms will be disclosed to you at the time of scheduling or payment and form part of these Terms. Except as required by law or as expressly stated, fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.
6. Text messaging (SMS)
This service provides appointment reminders, treatment confirmations, post-care instructions, and promotional offers for aesthetic treatments to patients who have opted in to receive text messages from Oasis Regenerative Medicine. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +17028420052
After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@oasislv.org or +17028420052 Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 3-5 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or incorporate third-party websites and services we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. In particular, the Site uses Google Maps to display our location; by using that feature, you agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider's terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oasis Regen PC and its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oasis Regen PC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
